I just received mine today, AOR was Aug 29, two ADRs one on Nov 14, another April 28

Hi all, I got my GCMS notes. Please advise on the below status of Info sharing component. Other Info sharing components are NRT but this stands as 'Ready to be assessed' since Aug 2024.
