I am like you. Criminality in progress since the end of Nov 2020, and no one has touched my app since then. I called today. Agent told me all is the same and that I have to wait

Never ending wait! Nowadays, the PR card processing time also takes like 3 months..lol

I understand as I was too in the same situation. now, I am eagerly waiting for a COPR and I've heard it is 4-8 week wait for the PR card too

Depends on your secondary VO, Once the file is approved it will be sent to secondary VO for COPR. If its Ottawa, will take few weeks to the email.

does this mean that there are two levels still pending? Approval in a few days and the COPR in another few weeks?

I just got my gcms notes file approved on 14th March, in portal still it showing in progress I got GU on March 14th additional documents changed to NA, file assigned to Etobicoke office hoping for COPR next week
