1 We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
2 Oct 21 You passed the medical exam.
3 Oct 20 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
4 You do not need an interview.
5 Oct 21 Biometrics details connected and fee refunded
6 We do not need your fingerprints.
7 We are processing your background check.
8 Your application is in progress.

How to know which VO is processing your application? I have seen several posts mentioning their VO. Do I need to call IRCC to get the details?

Actually I sent a webform on 10th Jan as well for my change of address, not sure if that would impact anything, i didn't receive any confirmation yet
