When did everything pass on your profile like security and eligibility

I got the confirmation email on the 11th and I checked back my CIC to realize that my security and eligibility have been updated with a ghost update. The security was mentioned as completed on December 14th.

CEC inland with spouse
Visa office: Etobicoke
AOR Aug 11
Bio exempt
medical July 23
I just called CIC one time in mid Dec and agent said all stages are passed.
there is no update in my CIC profile yet and I never get any GU.
Thank you all for your support and help, I had some difficulties during this and you helped me a lot
