I got the below update from IRCC when I called on 7th Dec and today as well.

Category: CEC Inland (Principal applicant+ Spouse)
ITA: 25th Jun, 2020
AOR: 21st Aug, 2020
NOC: 2174
Country of Citizenship : India
Country of Residence: Canada
Medicals: Passed on Oct 13th, 2020
Biometric : Biometric done on Nov 3rd 2020 (BIL received on Oct 13th 2020)
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Passed
VO: Vancouver
Status: 60% completed (on 9th Dec 2020 as per screenshot received from my representative)
Final Decision: pending
GCMS applied on 19th Nov 2020

Mine is Aug Aor, VO sydney, eligibility and criminality passed. Security not started.... Anyone with VO sydney with security not started until copr?

guys do you all submit RCMP upfront or wait till they ask? i read many posts in this thread but no mention of RCMP thats why i am asking.

You need to submit the documents when they ask, but I have seen they asking many people here in forum. If I'm in your place, I will walk to approved centers and get it done in advance, it costs around 50CAD. It saves around 10 days of your time when they ask.

Not everyone gets asked for RCMP, it is at the discretion of the immigration officer handling your case, so it is totally your decision as to if you submit it upfront or wait to be asked.
