Yeah i am! I Called IRCC about 3 days ago: (my account is a joint)
Eligibility recommended passed
Criminality passed
Security not started

Yeah took me 17x trying on Monday to get through to them! It worked for me around 3pm Local time
Oh! 17x trying. Amazing. I am trying to call them 3-4 times a day when time permits

Called them today as I finished 6 months today.Called them yesterday
Same status as 2 weeks ago. No work done since then!
before it was stuck on just criminality and rest not started for 2 months.
Criminality - passed, eligibility - rec passed(not conclusive), security - not started
I guess till they don't pass eligibility conclusively, security will not start.
AOR aug - 11,CEC, BC applicant and VO is Ottawa.
Idk but I highly doubt they would be able to process AUG applications before the 100% completion mark
They said they are finalizing things now. POGGERS lol
So, agent said everything is passed and it is at final stage so hopefully another week, I guess.
I hope everyone else with the similar AOR is in the same boat.
I really don't know. Maybe you should call IRCC and ask your status, especially about the RCMP.
I am living outside canada but my AOR is Aug 11. I have installed "TextNow" app to call IRCC.
I tried to set Canada number as my "TextNow" app number but it is rejecting all the Canada numbers and it allows me to choose only USA Number. As you know, we cannot call IRCC with USA number too.
I do not see any progress on my file even eligibility and I didn't get reply for my GCMS yet. I tried adding some amount in Skype and tried to reach them but I was not able to speak with the representative at all.
Can anyone pls guide/help me on how to call IRCC?. Thanks.
