Going past 6 months doesn’t automatically mean your application can’t be rejected. As for info, you keep trying to ring IRCC and when connected, you specifically ask for the status of the different stages

Biometrics : September 24th

Incomplete or expired documents usually picked up in first three months and rejected. This was an exception.

Technically Eligibility remains in progress until it is conclusively passed by an officer. Recommended Pass only means it has been checked by an Analyst, and that is their recommendation. An Officer still needs to do a final review.

Thanks, makes sense. I crossed the 6 month mark yesterday. Some of my peers are on their 8th/9th months.

Actually impossible to speak to anyone at IRRC on the phone! Called them 3x this morning and can’t get through...it’s a joke

You have to keep trying. Many of us are able to speak to IRCC on the phone because we keep trying. If you can't be a bit patient, then you'll have to settle for ordering GCMS notes and waiting a month for those to arrive. Your choice.

IRCC have always fielded a large number of calls as they handle tons of other applications besides PR. You aren't the only person trying to call them, DAILY.

You have to call them at 07:55am or an hour or two before they close in the afternoon . Called at 8:10 am and they were unable to transfer me to an agent,
