Just trying to gather my documents together following PPR.

On Appendix A of the PPR letter, it has rows for PA as well as Partner / Spouse. My partner is the sponsor. Do I put his details on, or is this for JUST for people applying for PR?

Hi there so sorry to hijack this page with my question, but it seems to be more busier than others .And my eyes are so sore from looking at so many messages .
Here is my problem .My application got returned .The form IMM 0008 was highlighted . But it does not tell me what i am supposed to address .It was on the newest form at the time of sending in and it was signed .
I am just wondering if i was supposed to add my children who were 20 and 22 at the time of sending in the package even though they are not classed as my dependants anymore and are both in common law relationships. I am confused ..
I did add their details to IMM 5406 additional family information form though .Is that correct ?

Can someone please help me on this .

It could be the problem of not adding the 20 years old, because I don't believe that there is a space provided to explain the reason why you didn't include the 20 years old as your dependent, unless you included an explanation letter to dress the issue. If you didn't provide the letter, CIC wouldn't know your children's situation, and they would think that your application is incomplete. To be more clear, what you did is correct that you didn't include both of your children as your dependent, since they are in common law, but you need to provide an explanation letter to CIC.
Well, it could be more issues, that nobody but only you would know, and I wouldn't expect you will disclose the whole form on here, so the best option is to consult with a immigration lawyer to figure this out.

the day i received AOR2 , i was told to submit the proof of landing fee and PCC.
i didn't send again as i had submitted already. is it the reason of delaying my application's process?

Wow Congrats. Manila VO is so fast. I guess next step will be DM and PPR but we never know whats on their mind he he.

They were a bit slow for 5 months as they didn't write my wife anything until today. God is good he's seeing things through I will be reunited with my wife after so long

Don't worry be positive and everything will go as it should be Our file is processing at Singapore visa office, they are kind of slow too. Got medical on 2nd Jan 2018 and passed it on 8th Jan. Now waiting.. but still no background check yet.
