I just sent my application and it has been received (as per the courier tracking).

Should i consider it as App Recd. or am i gonna receive any email.. And how to track the application status.

In about 30 days max you should receive Official Acknowledgment AOR, then you can check your status using ecas from CIC My Application page.

Will that a postal mail or email..

If you have provided email in your application, AOR would be by email. Later file would be transferred to your nearest IRCC local office. Test and oath would be by email or post depends on local office.
