Call your physician and get them to confirm that they lodged the results with CIC.

Thank you so much Quink For guiding me,

as you said, I already confirm with physician and he confirm that they sent the results to CIC and I already talk to CIC too and they are saying medicals are on file with them,

but I am worried because it is not updating on ECAS ,,

Any Suggestions ,,, PLease :( :( :( :(

ECAS is weird and seems kind of useless from what I've seen from other people on this forum. They should just give us online access to our GCMS notes - that would at least keep things transparent.

I would not stress too much about ECAS since CIC has told you they have your medical results. I know it's frustrating, but there are not many steps remaining anyway, so ECAS wouldn't tell you a lot more even if it was up to date.

You could also try emailing this address: web-tech-support @ cic.gc.ca

I found the link on the contact page of the CIC website (listed under "technical difficulties"): http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/index.asp

I have no idea if they'll be able to help you though. Be clear that you've confirmed with CIC that your medicals are received, and ask them if there's a problem with your records being updated correctly on the ECAS site.
