Need all your help...just received a letter from Embassy...ang sabi I may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada...kze daw hindi ako dineclare ng asawa ko before nung nag apply sya...e paano naman ako idedeclare ng asawa ko nuon if di pa naman kmi mag asawa at last year Jan lng kmi kinasal...and before daw magdecide si Officer they were giving us the opportunity to respond within 45days if I were declared as a family member and examined...possible daw na iproceed nila application ko. If di naman daw ako dineckared tlg need daw namin kumuha ng representive...Is atty David Cohen cater this kind of situation...please need all your help...

huh??? di man lang kayo ininterview??? Actually ngayon ngkakaproblema kami kay Cohen kasi dati dapat sa FSW ako so ngbayad hubby ko ng $600. Pero di na namin tinuloy at wala naman din kaming pinasa na app sa kanila. Sabi nila sa hubby ko kung mgbago daw isip namin pwede lang daw irefund ngayon ayaw na nila irefund keso kami daw ang hindi ngcomply at pasalamat daw kami na di nila pinursue ang pag singil sa amin. Hanap ka na lang iba. Madami pa dyan. Check mo yung sa forum ni embpoj sa conjugal m-m f-f ng manila. Meron sya nirecommend na magaling na lawyer dun. Ano po b ung husband nyo nag apply po xa directly don or penetisyon din xa? kc po kmi 6 yrs. po kmi ng live in ..umalis po xa ng june ng 2010 then bumalik po xa ng dec. 2010 kc po namatay po ung lola nya then he decided na po na pakasalan nya na po ako before xa bumalik ulit sa canada nung dec din po...Ung ecas ko po until now may address po dto samin then application received pa din po nklagay ...Im afraid po kc na bka gnyan din ung case nmin pero sna po wag nman po...ayaw ko po masayang lht ng pinaghirapan nmin...
Hi sis emern...oo di man lang kami ininterview pero dun sa note din ni VO waived na ung interview...thank you ha sige try namin ung Michael check ko...ang worry ko kze ano kaya ang level of consideration ni VO dahil na sa kanya pa din ang decision..nakakaiyak sobra...hay grabe di ko maexplain nararamdaman ko...
@ samjo09.....petition sya ng mga ate nya...actually ako pa ang nag fill-up nung application nya so nung finifillupan ko pa lang sabi ko sa asawa ko if di ko ba ilalagay name ko wag daw kze di pa nga naman ako considered as family member...kaya lang as far as i have had remembered, nakalagay din sa application na something "you may wish to sponsor in near future" tapos dun din sa Appendix A na ipinapadala para isubmit kasabay ng passport hindi din ako naka declare dun...kze nga iniisip namin live-in pa lng kami nuon. Pero naka ready na din actually mga docs ko that time kze dapat isponsor ako nung eldest sis nya pero we changed our plan dahil nga part of our plan na makapag establish muna sya dun bago kami pakakasal, it so happened na was blessed kaya un...kanina pa ako umiiyak...kze nakakawalan ng hope...but still trying to hold on kay Lord...

hi girl..pls don't be too worried. I know of someone who have the same case as yours and she is here already. It is a good sign that you are still given 45 days to reply. I was like you before ( I am an August applicant too) and they told my daughter she seemed not to qualify as my dependent.It was hell thinking and feeling we might be rejected. But now she is very happy because she will just wait for her visa soon. Cheer up girl..remember you have 45 days to do something.mcm240906 said:
