i feel so sad now. so awful actually.
my husband applied for us for PR since august the 3rd. until now, we have not been approved for sponsorship. they have not touched our application .my husband missed the tax paper, they asked us for it. we never knew coz we never had no mails from them. we have been waiting and waiting and when we finally called the customer service agents, they said we have been asked to mail them the tax paper.
my husband mailed it to them since november the 17th by canada post. until now, canada post never delivered the paper to mississauga, they actually lost the paper.
i was crazy online tracking that letter that never got delivered and until today, canada post is still putting us on hold , saying they are investigating, stuff like that.
we called immigration, they said we needed canada post letter stating that they have lost our item. but those people never mailed it to us.
my husband been taking days off from work to go to their office. good promise. but nothing.
we are actually sending a new tax paper regardless of the canada post letter. i dont know if they will accept us. im so hopeless and stressed. will they go ahead with the process since we are august applicants when we sent the tax paper? or they will make us wait the 50 days approval sponsorship time_ any advice is appreciated. thank you guys.
