Cheer up!! It's good for the baby! If Mommy is sad, baby is sad too! Everything will work out for you, this baby might even be a lucky one for you!

*hugs*
Thanks Mapledreams for your Cheer up. I feel really sad see more and more fellow augustians got their happy news and for me is no movement at all.

Again, Congratz to you and your hubby will be together very soon.

@ Ms. X

That is wonderful news, I am so happy for you and your hubby!!! ;D

Congratulations!!!! Just one question.. if you get your PPR.. is that pretty much saying that you're approved? do they use the passport for something.. or do they just put the stamp on it so you have the Permanent Resident Status? Thank you.. I'll understand just how happy you must be when it finally happens to me in a few months (hopefully).

Thank you so much and your time will come soo soon too :) It usually means approval, otherwise they wouldn't ask for it I don't think. No they won't use it for anything other than to confirm that it is a valid passport and to ensure you are the holder of the passport.

@ bdh
hope all goes well with your husband! Let us know in a couple of months how things are going. Some foreigners abuse the good faith of sponsors.... And i sincerely hope all will be fine for u!!!
This explains why the embassy is sometimes giving trouble in interviewing or refusing like mrs. Turan. Have you seen this website? stopmarriagefraud .ca
In any case, it is normally smooth process, thanks god!!! :D
All the best!!

Hi guys,
my husband´s address disappeared from ecas, mine (the sponsor) is still there. Is it true, that this could mean that "decision made" will soon follow?

My VO's processing time is 30 months, so I wasn't expecting something that early so when I got accepted at CPC-M I traveled for vacation. Meanwhile I had received PPR for my wife and also they asked me CSQ. The letter was dated December 19th and they had given me 60 days of deadline. The letter reached on January 9th. I still was out of town, when I came back on the 20th of January I had been left with 28 days only. I filed for the CSQ and don't expect it back within a month neither, so anyone have an idea about that? Anyone went through something like that? What should I do?

Email your Visa Office and explain your situation and ask for an extension.

I'm in the same situation. My VO requested CSQ also, in November, but didn't apply right away because hadn't received any letter of approval from CPC-Mississauga (went missing in the mail or something). Only applied for CSQ in December when got my approval letter(after numerous calls to the call center and getting my MP involved). The 60 days deadline went like wind, so I sent a letter to my VO explaining the situation. Think you should do the same.
