Hi Everyone!!

More good news from my end! The CIC have located my missing paperwork! So all i need to do is send the Right of Residence Fee Reciept! Very excited.

Does anyone know a timeline from receiving the payment to sending away my passport?

P.S. I assume you get a resident card when you get to canada so you don't need to carry your passport around with you?

i do have this concern we got the letter from embassy just asking the appendix a and b its not stating about passport.
question i shall i send the passport together with those two docs that they asked? or i have to wait for another letter that would request pp?

Hi again. As far as i know Yes. Because they are still reviewing your docs and if they are already done and ready to issue the visa that's the time they will request for your passport.

Am so grateful and happy words couldnt explain the joy i feel.
looks like August is moving along well.

Definitely a lot of great things coming up for August 2011 people! Hopefully, by February, my hubby should get his visa too, let's all pray for that...AMEN!

Hi YenYen, what is appendix A? What does it ask? If you let us know maybe we can help. Just generally, if you don't have children, or any accompanying spouse or family members (i.e. the only person applying for Permanent residency is you) you only need to complete forms for you.

I suggest you let us know which Form exactly you have as there are so many, and can vary from Country to Country.
