I was really surprised with the response from CIC. As far as I knew, once returned, they usually review your file as soon as you send the package back. I wish, I could help you with the matter. I am not sure about other member on this forum who had to resend missing document, if they got the whole package back or just a letter asking for the required document.

I think some one who has gone through the similar situation can answer your question.
 
thx can anyone relate to this i got my packaage back with everything i was missing 0008 i sent it back the next day they got it i tracked it so on i called the call center they said i have to wait 70 days again i dont know what to do?? HELP advice

Ayad, please answer these questions, I can't promise I can help but they may help others to understand your situation better...

Are you approved for sponsorship?

If you are approved, has anything been sent to VO yet (medicals at least?)

What did the letter say when your application was sent?

I don't know much more about the process than others who are still waiting for sponsorship approval but if we can understand your situation better we might be able to figure out some advice.
 
ayad, when you mailed the pkg back, where did you send it? were you given a case # or the name of a processing agent ?

did u send it back the way it was to be sent back so to the IO that deals with ur app

I can get the info from a friend who had her app returned but she got a dedicated IO at CPC-M that her app goes right back to not the regular address
 
not approved

iit said med recieved but this was before i got the application sent back

it that i was missing 0008 file and it had the person in charge or that opned it it had his intials and there was a different address that i had to sent it to
 
ya it was in a brown package with everything and it had some address on it like 6100 a mississagua something something
 
ok well in my opinion the reps don't kmow much so stop calling for a few days and u are wroking urself up for no reason once ur app is received the person will check for completeness and eligbility and tada u r done call Monday when by then its a new week and everyone should be eager
 
i think there was a case number on it too im prett sure but when i called immagration the person siad it dosint say on file that we sent the whole package back to you just a letter and till now when i go on my id client thing it says application in procss med recieved...
 
i didint sent it back to the 3000 address those people that work there dont know sht they keep telling me i have to wait 70 days again so thats why i keep losing it
 
don't listen to them so call Monday and by then this will be all over because if i remember correctly u sent ur pckg back last friday so tomorrow is 1 week
 
i sent it last wensday they got it friday i got he fastest mailing so tomorwo will be a week

my cuzin also said the same thing cuz she did all my applciation for me cuz she has done them lots and she said that they cant make u wait 3 months again..
 
they wont because if u followed the instruction on the letter u would have sent it to a specific person and he/she will do it once they receieve the completed app back
 
to be clear again... oct 14 on the client id We received Halima Mohammed Haji application for permanent residence on August 5, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

We received your application to sponsor Halima Mohammed Haji on August 5, 2011.

We started processing your application on October 14, 2011.

that all it says on the client id website

and then 3 or 4 days later i get the whole package back stating i forgot 0008 file i sne it bak the next day they got it friday..

anything else im missing questions
