lol yes we are, i think i post more on July thread then August at the minute.
We are soooo close yet soooo far it's starting to drive me a little bit mad lol.

So kuku, when you phoned them, did they say you can use the old forms, but you will have to inlcude the new IMM0008 as well?

Anyone used the new form? when I went through the new IMM0008, I am confused about the consent for sharing information related to education and work experience with prospective employer, what does it mean exactly? Does it mean CIC will put the information in a database which prospective employers can search through for eligible workers? Or does it mean after the applicant gets PR and starts looking for a job, the employer can use the information to do background check?

Did you choose "yes" or "no"?

Since I am thinking to setup my own business, can I choose "no"? Will a "no" answer cause CIC to suspect the truthfulness of the information provided and result a background check (and definitely result a longer wait)?

Update! 68 days and working on july 20th apps.....which we know is not true coz peeps from july 22nd has gotten their approval....oh well, up up and away!!!!!!!!!!! *cheer self up mode*

so updating is not correct how do you know they got their approval letter did they tell you ?? i guess now august will hear something do you think so ??

I think 68days refers to those who sent there application now, or am I wrong?

By the way, we checked the "yes" box where they asked if they could forward my hubby´s name to prospective employers.

so I have mailed old forms only...so let us see..

Yes I feel like a stalker, everyday the first thing I do before anything is looking to July spreadsheet!!!! At least I know they working lol...
