Hi there,

Just wanna know if my PR application reached the right destination since I couldn't track it via canadapost (for unknown reason) but the CSR of the post office told me that a certain Christine Karazub received my documents last Nov 16, 2011. I am just wondering why I couldn't find it thru Client Application Status of CIC online services.

I hope to hear from anyone who has an idea about immigration matters.

Thank you!

If you sent it to the right address and it was received, it probably hasn't been input into the system or opened yet.

Hi...thanks for responding. That is exactly what I wanna know. I am 100% sure I wrote the precise address but I heard a lot of instances wherein their mails were landed to different address. Is Ms Christine an Immigration person? How long will it take before they input a received docs in their system before I view it online? I'm in the dark tunnel because I paid a tracking number to the post canada but it didn't serve me right.

I would assume she would at least be working for that office. It doesn't mean she's an immigration officer. She could be working the front desk for all we know (Which is the strong possibility). You're going to have to try to be patient until you hear from them.

I understand how difficult it is haha. I'm still waiting on my husband's fingerprints back from the FBI. :'( And it's Mrs Parker :)

oops, sorry Mrs Parker...I stand corrected. I just sent my application for an open/extension work permit. I hope it will trigger them to at least show in the system what is happening in my PR application.
