Pls help me by ans the followings question

My job is tax paid job and I should work 40 hours a week
But I was sick 3weks so company paid me one week pay tho I should get sick pay

Now they paid one week tax in payslep shows

So now how could I sove this

Most jobs don't give you unlimited sick leave with pay.

Check your company's rules. They may only pay up to one week in sick leave.

thanks for reply but im planning to apply cec where i need one year experience
but three weeks no tax paid so how i gona prove this or solve it

is company paying tax end of year or monthly
