My common law partner and I submitted our PR application via representative.
Eventually he called and said that my CLP high school transcript is missing (we upload just WES confirmation) so IRCC returned out application. After a few days we got an email
Shortly " While examining your application, we noticed that the situation We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you We would also like to suggest the following online tools"
But our representative said that we need to resubmit our application.
He can't give me a clear answer if we need to wait again from the very begging whole the process.
I understand by all means that it said that everything from the clear page, but I have some hope that it will be faster.
