Application submitted 20th may 2020, recived on the 21st may 2020. Waiting for aor

My friend sent application in FEB 2020 but still haven't heard back anything.
 
Hi GUYS PLEASE guide I applied through immigration consultant , Recd endorsement letter from NS under AIPP ( Atlantic high skilled ) Submitted application date 24 feb 2022. how i will sure that my application is submitted or not , as they have not registered my email ID and even don't have the portal also . Please guide after submission of application whats next steps , Please anybody can guide .
