Thanks for replying

But he has 1 year one year of experience in a NOC B job from India. So as per requitements

1. Qualify wotk experience - met
2. Meet or exceed educational experience - met
3. Meet or exceed language requirrments - I am sure he will meet this one too
4. Show that you have enough money to support yourself - no issue

As per cic website, you met all 4 conditions above, If you meet all of these requirements, you can start looking for a job with a designated Atlantic employer.

So if my brother comes for 1 year program, and finds a job after his study, will he be eligible for AIP?

No. A job is not enough. It must be from a “designated“ employer approved by the government. It must be full time, permanent for one year past PR.

But the new guidlines are already on their website

Here is the immigration plan that I am thinking for my brother:
1. Enroll in 1 year graduate certificate in on of institutions in Atlantic provinces.
2. Get one year Open work permit after study
3. Find a job from a designated employer in Atlantic provinces, and job letter would state all tge requirements for AIP.
4. Get nomination.

Please let me know if I am missing any important step here
