I am a refugee claimnant presently in canada. I have studies permit and work permit . is it possible for me to apply for PR through this program even as my hearing is not fixed. can I possibly use my studies permit to do a 2 year professional program and then apply for PR upon a job offer and withdraw my asylum claim?.
