At what stage is CRA tax returns checked?

Hi All.

Just curious, at what stage of citizenship process is CRA contacted for tax returns validation?

Every other citizenship requirement is a stage, except 3 years tax returns step. Wondering if that is part of BG check step?

My guess would be the "Prohibitions" stage. This would include tax requirements, and security clearance - I believe.
