At What Point Do They Know?

Our application is "In Process" and medical results are received. What are they probaly doing now? Background checks?or do they do those before medical. These thoughts just keeping spinning in my head lol

Most likely they are doing the background and security checks indeed.
You applied outland through Buffalo which has record times of under 3 months to finish the whole show... Let's all hope that will be your case too.
