My husband will be deported back to Mexico for the third time, he has no criminal record. I have DACA and we have three children born in the USA. I don’t have any family left in Mexico I been living here in the US for 19 years now, and he’s from one of the dangerous places in Mexico. So we were thinking of moving to Canada but we want to know our chances of getting a status there. We have savings and can probably buy a house there or start a small business.

You should assume that claiming asylum won't be possible. While your husband may be from one of the most dangerous places in Mexico, he is free to live wherever he wishes in Mexico. Your DACA status in the U.S. does not entitle you to claim asylum in Canada.

If you wish to move to Canada, you should focus on applying as economic immigrants through a program such as Express Entry. You can find more details here:
