No. You can't apply from within your own country. Find safety elsewhere in India or abandon your country and register with UNHCR in another country.

In order to qualify for asylum you have to show that you've tried to remedy the situation like going to the police or filing a court case. Realistically this may not be possible. You are also supposed to relocate within your country if not your case could be declined. If you are in danger collect as much evidence as possible but disagreements between families and similar things are usually not grounds for asylum. If you decided to relocate to another country and register with UNHCR in the hopes of resettlement to another country you should realize that there is a less than 5% chance of ever getting resettled. Resettlement can take over 10 years.

To add to the above, if you do register as a refugee with UNHCR, you don't get to choose where you are resettled. You could end up in any "safe" country, instead of Canada.

You have zero chances of getting accepted for asylum. Don't even bother.

Quite honestly, there's no truth in your claims that you are not safe in India.... and that there is a risk to lives of yourself and your daughters. Risk to your life from whom?

Have you tried moving to another city or a town?

It seems more like a personal, family matter where possibly your in-laws or some relatives are forcing you to sell your property. You may want to seek the help of some other family members or friends to resolve this matter (if this is the case).

Or maybe it is a case of property developer who wants you to sell the property
