Asylum seeker getting married to Canadina citizen

Hi guys. Please help me with advise. My refugee claim was denied, I am waiting to hear the outcome of my appeal from RAD. However, I have been in love with a citizen and we are thinking of getting married. Will it be possible for my spouse to sponsor me inland before I get a response from RAD? Can we start a spousal sponsorship whilst my apeal to RAD is still being processed ?

You can try, but be aware that IRCC is going to likely think that you're getting married to avoid removal and you are going to have a very challenging sponsorship process.
