I'm new in canada in my asylum is rejected what can I do I wanna go for HC cause the commisaire give me credit for i say in the audience

Exactly 6 years in Canada. 4 year waited for Court of emigration. In December 2015 won in February 2016 filed for P R. When we get P R card. Very many problems without it.
