Hi we enter canada by using land border of usa .any possibility if we get travel document .can we travel on usa on refugee travel documents because we dont have passports with us .i m asking this because my husband is truck driver mostly trucking jobs in canada to usa visa .any possibility can my husband get visa .thanks

You can apply at US Embassy or Consulate, If you misrepresent reason of your travel to US instead you used to cross border to Canada then chances are slim
You will still need a visa from the US with your RTD. Unfortunately you could get anything from an approval, refusal or a ban from the US. It is taking around a year to get a US visa appointment in most of Canada.
