I am currently asylum in Turkey please help me to process my application

1. you would have to apply to UNCHR and be a recognized refugee first.
2. You can ask for resettlement. Just be aware that you will not choose the country where you will be recommended.

Other option would be to come on TRV visa to Canada and claim asylum here. Just be aware that you would have to prove strong ties to your home country in order to get such visa. So the chance to get them is not high.

I was recognized as refugee by UNHCR for about a year and i asked to being resettled in Canada as i have family in there but no luck, they said Canada not accept refugees more and u have to apply through sponsorship programs.
Any help will really appreciated.

You have to be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and then UNHCR must select you for resettlement to Canada.

Unfortunately there are not enough resettlement spots of all refugees. Somehow UNHCR identifies the people who get resettlement.
