So you do the duties of that NOC in a branch or in a call centre? If call centre then that is not the NOC. How many people do you know? What is your CRS score?

Recently? That seems very unusual. The NOC would typically not be done at a call centre which typically involves more customer service issues.

been working with rbc as a banking advisor. joined through consultancy and the noc they mentioned is not under 0,1,2,3. Does anybody enough if the Business banking advisor at rbc would be NOCB or teer 3?
