Hello Forum members. Im bigben residing in Toronto.Am on PGWP which is for 3 more years. I have filed my immigration under FSW class on June 2011. I am in NOC 2241. I filed under the arranged employement category .I think my offer is exempted from lmo.My question is how the immigration gonna know that the company am working is genuine and do they have a list of companies who pays taxes and stuff yearly.I have t4s of previous year of same company.And also do the processing happens as per the priority like person with high tax gets first priority and who pays low will be next?
