Assessment question

hello there...i have two questions
please answer me these...

1) ...I have a diploma in "aircraft maintenance technician". i want to know if this credential can be assessed by WES or any other designated organizations for ECA...???? i'm confused as it is NOT a degree from a university or college. i got it from Ethiopian AVIATION ACADEMY by studying for 2 years.

2) i also have Bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. can i consider the above mentioned diploma as a secondary credential and be considered for the point in "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" for my EE application.

Send both of them for assessment and you'll see. You pay the same no matter how many credentials you send.
How can it be considered depends on what the final report says.
