This looks like a course mismatch to me. Why are you going for an HR diploma after a Masters in statistics? It doesn't really make sense.

I feel you should either go for Masters or for PhD rather than a pg diploma!

And I feel that University degree courses are given more preferences!
But you can surely represent you case with a strong SOP :)
