12th-69.2% ( 1 backlog in physics, but cleared in second attempt)
B.Sc in Non med - 60%
M.sc In statistics - 51.5%
B.Ed in science and Maths - 82.5%
SOP done
4 months exp in school

Now applying for HR management in sheridan

Can you tell abt visa chances
 
This looks like a course mismatch to me. Why are you going for an HR diploma after a Masters in statistics? It doesn't really make sense.

I feel you should either go for Masters or for PhD rather than a pg diploma!

It was just a suggestion based on my previous experiences!
And I feel that University degree courses are given more preferences!
But you can surely represent you case with a strong SOP :)
