Organisations in Canada simply do not send out emails internationally offering employment. There are many less than honest people and agents who create fake websites and prey on people who are desperate to immigrate. These people prey on that fact that an applicant has a weak point in their common sense and reads what they want to believe pays a fee shares their documents then finds they have been scammed. No job and their document copies possibly get used in some future Id fraud.
