I am going to apply for a study permit and my acceptance letter mention that I will be funded by my advisor without mentioning the amount of fund so is it polite and appropriate to ask my advisor to write a letter of sponsorship for me as a proof the financial support? I have 15,000 CAD in my bank account and my advisor will give me 24,000 CAD/year while the tuition fees is 14,000 CAD
