I tried calling 1 (855) 783-5765 to request and update on my RTD status but as soon as I select the RTD option it just plays a recorded message and hangs up.
I’ve seen on other threads that people talked to an agent and wanted to ask if there’s another number to call or different option to select after calling the number above.
Would appreciate any information.
