Today, I just received the extension of both Study Permit and Work Permit which expire at the same time. I am holding the Work Permit during studying time, I don't know that this considers co-op work permit or not? A question: after I graduate from college, then Can I still apply for PGWP work permit?

Do you mean extension of co-op work permit? A study permit allows you to work so many hours per week. Once you graduate, if your DLI and program are eligible for PGWP and you meet the requirements, then you can apply.

You have a co-op work permit, not a PGWP. When you graduate you apply for a PGWP.
