I just received a request for the Mexican police check and asking to update info on the 5669. Just a small doubt. This is what was requested:

Please submit an updated version of Schedule A Background / Declaration
form (IMM 5669) for you.
In section 8, specify in English or French the months and years of each of
your activities and indicate your precise occupation (exact job title,
unemployed, student, visitor, detainee, etc.) since you are 18 of
age. Please avoid unclear information such as “employed” and leave no
gap between activities.
In section 12, specify in English or French the months and years of each of your addresses where you lived since you are 18 of age. Leave
no gap between addresses.
The following gaps need to be covered:
In section 8 Personal History, from 1996/07 to 2000/01
This document has to be duly completed as you will not have another
opportunity to do so. If you fail to follow these instructions, your application
may be refused.

Are they just asking for an update on the section 8 dates or something from section 12 also or is it a standard letter and we only focus on where it says the following gaps need to be covered? Also what do they mean by duly completed?

You need to submit a new Schedule A Background / Declaration Form. Complete all required sections. You had probably left some gaps in your Personal History and Residence Addresses at the time of your previous submission. Make sure to not leave any gaps this time. Use the most recent form.

Duly Completed - Complete all sections, Sign, Date.

We just moved and updated our address so maybe they're looking for the new address on the form because the info was filled in correctly on the old form. So just re-do it get the pgr certificate, get it translated and send it by courier?

Still you have to fill up a new form and it must be complete. Personal history and Residence Addresses must be up to date Without Any GAPS. Send both items (Schedule A + PGR Certificate) together.

Does the pgr certificate have to be translated? Do we scan and send them or send the physical copies via courier?

If it is not in English or French, Yes it must be translated. Send Original PGR along with translation. Physical Copies via courier or any other mail service.

I RECEIVED SAME REQUEST. I just received AOR2 from Mexico VO.
They are requesting me to send police certificate, with a letter from Embassy (I understand this is requiered to all mexicans), an updated version of IMM5669 form, payment of right of permanent residence fee and copy of my husband´s valid bio data page from his passport.
I am happy and excited, but nervous too, I will try to get everything as fast as possible!

You should be able to put it on the update but call FBI first
