Good day. I am a Married woman from the Philippines. I am married to an Immigrant from my country as well. He has been living in Canada for like 25 to 30 years. He has two children from his first wife (Not Married) then we met in the Philippines and he married me here.

I got pregnant in 2018 when he went back and I gave birth to a lovely baby girl in April of 2019. The first few months are pretty good as he was still contacting me and sending support to our daughter. However, last October of 2019, he suddenly stopped contacting me. I found out through his friends and relatives that he is currently seeing someone. It's been months since he last sent support to our daughter and I already did my job as the other parent. I am already working.

I just want to know what I should do to ask for child support? I have his address with me and I have proof. I have the marriage contract and the Birth Certificate of our Daughter with his signature. Please help me. Thank you very much.

You would need to hire a family lawyer in Canada to represent you and pursue him through the court system in Canada.

Is there no other way to do it? My Family is poor and we cannot afford a lawyer. I don't have any relatives in Canada as well so I don't know what I should do.

A lawyer is the only way. This isn't an immigration matter. It's a family law matter. So you need a lawyer in Canada to represent you if you want to try to obtain benefits. Unfortunately you need to hire a lawyer if you want to pursue this - it's your only option.
