I have taken a medical exam (Upfront exam) before CIC asked and submitted the medical proof to the immigration panel online during the applying process. Now CIC after 4 weeks mailed me the form IMM1701 and asked me to take the medical exam within 30 days. I asked the medical exam panel to resubmit the reports in the format CIC gave but they refused to resend and they even said they will not do medicals again. Can we do medicals in another center? And also, I have mailed the results to them in the web platform last week but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them. According to the processing time table, I suppose to get my study permit last week but my application status is still shown (required your action) ?? Do I need to send mail them again or communicating through webform is enough? What can I do now? I really appreciate if someone could give me some advice on this matter. Many thanks.
