Ask the PNP whether you need to upload a translation and other questions

Hello everyone, I am applying for Quebec's PNP. My birth certificate and police certificate are only in Chinese. Do I need to find a translation company to translate them into English before uploading them? Also, I found my first name on birth certificate is different than current ID passport and household register, just deleted one Chinese word, what should I do to explain this？

Second question is：TRP, there is an asterisk in the TRP section, which means it must be uploaded, but I have never been to Canada and do not have a Canadian visa. what should I do?
