We asked from Mp about my file statwe rthinking to send webform can anyone tell me that is MPans and we form reply will same or not
 
If you are within the one year time period, then MP reply is gonna be the “you are within time period”. If you are close to the timeline then asking for a webform isn’t gonna help because it will probably take at least a month to come. But you have to choose between both, than go with the MP inquiry.

yes my processing time exceed 1 year. Should we send webform or not ?
 
I am in contact with our MP every month since September 2019. We are entering 21 months now.

My husband needed authorization to Canada that adds more time to process.

Her husband was previously deported and needed to do ARC. Not unreasonable given the ARC delay.

I contacted my MP today. Let's see what updates the visa office has for me.
