I have a query that my wife is principle applicant and I am transferring funds in her account of Rs.4,50,000 ie around 9000$ As a gift and the same amount is transferred by her father as a gift,so my question is,are 2 gift deeds ok?? Shal I upload the account statement of my account as well as her father's account??

One more thing,how much time CIC takes after submitting the file,for PR?

Yes, you can submit two gift deeds - one from you and the other from her father. You need to attach the bank statements of your account and her account only. No need to attach statements of her father's bank account.

regarding your first question about gift deeds there is no limit as in how many gift deeds can be there..so i think you are good to go as long as you can convince cic that the funds are as gift and i dont see any problem there.

regarding your second question about processing times it usually takes upto 6 months depending on the visa office so far abudhabi visa office is the slowest.
