I have received a request letter for additional information from CIC stated below:
Dear XXXX:
This letter is about your application for permanent residence in Canada. We have begun processing your application. To make a decision, we need the following:
You and your spouse to indicate the marital status’ of your family members in “Background Information”
Please note:
The above information/documents must be received within 7 days
I can remember I entered all my family members information correctly, but I didn't get any field to enter their marital status. Even I were in my submitted application through View Submitted Application, Under Personal Details - Family in my Submitted my application, I saw everything is fine, and there is no field for marital status of family members.
Even I followed by Continue to see if they create any space or link to upload any docs, but I can't see any thing there.
As I am outland applicant, I can't call CIC helpline, I asked one of my friend in Canada to call helpline, He called them, the agent refused to comment anything because he is not primary applicant.
Brother, please advise me what I will do now. Should I send Additional Family Information form for me and spouse? If yes, how can I send it within 7 days? CSE will take long time to read. I am totally blank now. Please response as early as possible.
