As I told you my fathers elder brother is citizen of Canada.
To establish proof of relationship I have asked my uncle to
make one affidavit and get it notarized from attorney in Canada
He did that but I just noticed in affidavit my father and my uncle
Father name is mentioned as Parkash Chand Kumar
But in my fathers passport it's mentioned as Parkash Chand. Also in my uncle
All degree certificate it's mentioned as Parkash Chand Kumar. So now since last name of my grandfather is missing from my father passport will there be any problem. Please help me on this. Only this thing is stopping me to submit my application. My uncle also gave me one affidavit which he used to apply his Canadian PR in 1996. In that affidavit he declared all his siblings and my father name is there in that. In that affidavit my grandfather name is mentioned as parkash Chand which is same as what is mentioned in my fathers passport.

so you mean since last name of my grandfather is missing from my fathers passport. It will not create any problem

In light of all the documentation, I imagine there is enough meat in there to hope that missing part won't be a deal breaker.
