Hi, I have a removal order and i have less than 3 weeks to leave Canada. I have a valid working permit which i am still working. So i went to my boss today to give him a notice that i won't be working for them anymore because i have been issued a removal order. He said the company is ready and willingly to keep me in Canada as a worker.
My Question is, Is it possible for my company to sponsor me to stay in Canada as a worker even though i have a removal order?
Another Question is, I am married in Canada but my spousal sponsorship sponsorship Application is not in yet.
What are my chances of coming back if i leave then my spouse put's in the application? How long does that process takes?

Please Please i need honest help.
Thanks

Why do you have a removal order?

The employer would have to get an LMIA which would take many months and then you'd need to get a work permit. The process is often 6 month long. Yes if your spouse is a PR or citizen they can sponsor you. Just be prepared for more scrutiny of your application. Sponsorship will likely take a year or more. You could try to submit an inland sponsorship application to try and put your removal order on hold but at this point it is probably too late.
