ASAP answer needed

Hello,
Want to know if i can reapply for a Temporary resident visa before the SINGLE ENTRY visa that i received in july 2019 expire (PS. I ALREADY TRAVELLED ON IT ) but the date on visa expires says Dec 2019.

***Should i wait until after December to reapply OR Once i used it already i can just go ahead and reapply anyways??

You can apply for a new one if it was single entry and you've already travelled on the one in your passport.
