As per new procedures u will get an e-mail if your study application is approved

Hi guys,

I have heard that as per the new procedures you will receive an e-mail if your study application is approved.

And if you get your passport released and no such e-mail then your application has been rejected.

Is that true???

If anyone of you have any information then please share with me and everyone.

Enfield...do u know anything about the above mentioned procedures??

What you have heard is true. But in a few cases it does not happen. So there still may be a hope.

I also did not receive email but got message that passport has been released. I have applied under university category

i think vfs has not given the email address as the mode of communication...also they are not allowed to open the package received from the CHC....so nobody can tell its acceptance or rejection.

It is not written officially but everyone now a days receives email before their passport release if it is visa confirmation(there are always some exception ).

Dont worry!
I also did not receive any email before Canadian High Comm. dispatched my passport on 5th july. Today i got it (6th july).

Definitely u ppl also will receive the same!

Your study or work permit will be issued to you upon arrival in Canada, subject to your compliance with the
requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations. It will allow you to study or
work in Canada for a temporary period only. Read the terms and conditions carefully.

so it confirms VISA approval
